Fiber Laser

Fiber laser light is created by banks of diodes. The light is channeled and amplified through fiber optic cable similar to that used for data transfer. The amplified light, on exiting the fiber cable, is collimated or straightened and then focused by a lens onto the material to be cut



Plasma Cutting

A process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, Stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, although other conductive metals may be cut as well.



Press Brakes

A Press brake is a metal forming engineering tool. It applies pressure to a work piece, most commonly sheet metal, to bend t according to the die placed underneath. The dies can be swapped out to have one machine capable of making multiple bends.

Fibre Laser

AN upgrade from CO2 lasers, fibre lasers generate power from a diode bank. The output is a more intense beam, allowing for faster cutting with a smaller power draw.

Plasma Cutting

A method by which a work piece is cut with hot accelerated ionised gas, plasma cutting options can cut through most electrically conductive materials.

Water Jet Cutting
